FOR THE NEWCOMER***; If you are new to Networking and/or job search, join us at St. Hubert, prior to our regular meetings (on the second Monday of the month only). We’ll offer a one hour programs on how to participate in a networking meeting effectively, the tools you’ll need, such as; elevator speech,  Handbills;  generating leads and contacts.

  

October 13, 2008 – “Partnering For Career Success – Partnering with others as you move through your career search can have significant benefit to each partner. Learn how to make partnering mutually successful moving your job search to a higher level of success. Our presenter is Bob Podgorski and he will also address “Accountability group activities.” St. Hubert Ministry Center,  729 Grand Canyon, Hoffman Est.

 

October 18, 2008 – “Resume Review – Get the help you need with your resume. We will have six professionals on hand - one of them will spend approximately twenty minutes with you, one-on-one, reviewing your resume and offering helpful suggestions. St. John the Evangelist Church.

 

October 25, 2008 – “The Job of Getting A Jobto , St. Marcelline’s Church, 522 S. Springinsguth Rd. , Schaumburg , IL. Paul Cameron from “Job Talk Radio” and DriveStaff will present on a subject loaded with excellent job hunting tips and suggestions. Paul will use his 20 years experience in the Search business and his Radio show to provide insights you haven’t heard before. Join us for this excellent presentation. Informal networking will follow the seminar.

 

October 27, 2008 – “Your 45 Day Job Search Planto , St Hubert Ministry Center 729 Grand Canyon, Hoffman Estates, IL.  Join us for a program presented by new Core Team member Lauren Komerak-Kucera. Pulling together resources form the other core team members of the job ministry, Lauren will take us through the first 45 days of a job search. What you need to think about and do. There will be some competitive advantage items in this presentation so be sure to attend this meeting.
